Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 24 hours after they are placed. After this period, your order might already be in the processing stage, and we may not be able to make any changes. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, expect your refund to be processed within 7 business days.

If you’re still not satisfied, you can return the products anytime between 14 days and 60 days from your purchase date. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged Items
We take extra precautions to ensure our products reach you in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged item, please inform us within 72 hours of delivery by sending an email to info@gleache.com with a clear photo of the damage. We'll assess the situation and, if applicable, send you a replacement free of charge. Please note, we do not provide refunds or replacements for products damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or minor shipping issues like dented boxes that do not affect the product itself.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your products promptly, some delays beyond our control (like courier issues or customs delays) can occur. For delivery issues, please contact the courier service directly. Gleache is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If there’s an error and it isn’t corrected within 24 hours of your order, we cannot offer a resend or refund.
